1. Eligibility & Application:
Dealers with at least one completed order in our portal are eligible to apply for free display racks and product demos.
2. Credit Allocation & Usage:
Credits are assigned based on account status and order history. These credits determine the number and type of items that can be claimed.
3. Review & Approval:
All claims are subject to review by our team. Approval is based on factors such as account activity, purchase history, and overall program engagement. Items will only be issued upon approval.
4. Credit Refresh:
Dealers who have used all their credits may request a refresh. Approval will depend on recent order activity and participation in the program.
5. Program Limitations:
- Items claimed through the program are for business use only and may not be resold or transferred.
- The program is subject to stock availability, and we reserve the right to limit the number of items available.
- The terms of the program may be modified or discontinued at any time, with prior notice to participating dealers.
6. Refunds & Returns:
Display racks and product demos provided under this program are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged upon receipt.
7. Termination of Participation:
We reserve the right to remove any dealer from the program if they are found to be in violation of the terms, including misuse of credits or failure to meet purchase requirements.
8. Acceptance of Terms:
By participating in this program, dealers agree to these terms and conditions.
