How long does the AADD application process take?
Once your application is submitted online, a AADD representative will be assigned to you and will contact you within 1-2 business days. The complete review process typically takes 3-7 business days.
Does the AADD application guarantee approval?
No. All applications and their content will be reviewed by the AADD management team for individual approval. You will be notified by email when a decision has been made.
Can I sell Aiper products to anyone? Anywhere?
No, Aiper’s Authorized Direct Dealer Agreement authorize you to sell Aiper’s products only to end users within a specific territory.
Can I sell products online?
Dealers are permitted to sell products online only after receiving Aiper’s written consent, which is granted through execution of the Internet Sales Addendum with Aiper. To apply, you should contact your AADD representative or email us at aadd@aiper.com. Our team will review your request and provide the Internet Sales Addendum for signing.
Can I sell products online with in-store pickup?
Dealers are not permitted to sell products online with in-store pickup without first executing the Internet Sales Addendum with Aiper. You should contact your AADD representative or email us at aadd@aiper.com. Our team will review your request and provide the Internet Sales Addendum for signing.
Can I advertise the products on our websites?
Dealers are expressly prohibited from advertising products on the Internet without separate execution of the Internet Sales Addendum with Aiper. Please contact your AADD representative or email us at aadd@aiper.com to discuss your eligibility for online advertising permissions.
How can I access dealer-exclusive pricing for products?
Dealer-exclusive pricing is available on the product pages after logging into the AADD portal. Once logged in, you will have access to all relevant pricing details.
How do I get more information?

How can I find out the tax and shipping fees?
After adding products to your shopping cart, the tax and shipping fees will be automatically calculated and displayed in the cart for your review.

How does AADD ship?
We begin preparing your order as soon as we receive it. It takes about 1-3 business days to prepare, depending on your order quantity. Please note that larger orders may take additional time. Once prepared, your order will be shipped via USPS, or FedEx, or TruckLoad either fully or partially depending on the items. Delivery typically takes 3-7 days.
When will I receive my products after ordering?
You’ll receive your order within 4-10 business days after placing it. Order preparation takes 1-3 business days, and delivery takes 3-7 days. Larger orders may take extra time.

What is the minimal order quantity?

Can I bundle different models to meet the minimum order quantity requirement?

I'd like to negotiate the price, whom should I contact?
Pricing is typically established by contract and remains fixed for its duration. Each partner is assigned a dealer level with competitive pricing based on their business profile and purchase history. If you’d like to discuss pricing, please reach out to your account manager.
