500 Scuba N1 Ultra Pool Cleaners Giveaway Terms and Conditions
- Aiper’s Scuba N1 Ultra Giveaway Offer (“Offer”) is applicable and open to only the first 500 new Aiper Authorized Direct Dealers (“Eligible Direct Dealer”) who make full payment for an accepted product order to Aiper Intelligent, LLC that meets the minimum order value amount (“MOVA”)
- An Eligible Direct Dealer is defined as an Aiper Authorized Direct Dealer who signed on to become an Aiper Authorized Direct Dealer as of November 1st, 2024 or later
- The MOVA required to be eligible for this Offer is $2,000.00 USD
- This Offer allows for a maximum total limit of one (1) Scuba N1 Ultra to be awarded per Eligible Direct Dealer.
- This offer is only applicable to Eligible Direct Dealers in the United States of America
- This Offer is for an Aiper Scuba N1 Ultra and is not; i) exchangeable for any other item; ii) transferrable; iii) convertible to cash under any circumstance; and iv) must be accepted as awarded.
- This Offer starts on November 1st, 2024 and ends on February 28th, 2025, 11:59 PM, or until 500 Scuba N1 Ultra Pool Cleaners have been given away, whichever is sooner.
- By entering into this Offer the Eligible Direct Dealer agrees to release and hold harmless Aiper Intelligent, LLC and its subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers and directors from any liability, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant's participation in the Offer and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the Scuba N1 Ultra or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind.
- All Eligible Direct Dealers who receive a Scuba N1 Ultra as part of this Offer are responsible for paying any and all local, county, state, and /or federal taxes on the Scuba N1 Ultra that may be due.
- This contest is governed by the applicable laws of the United States of America
